- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The receptionist was so sweet and helpful, the nurse was funny and personable, the medical assistant in the lab was really nice... however Dr. Couch was a jerk! He mocked my beliefs by saying "well science has proven this to work" then when I said well you have the right to believe that he said "well it's been medically proven". He was a clown and I'll never visit another Ohiohealth facility. He also told me I could have my labs done elsewhere. I've never been so disrespected by a so called professional in my life.
