  We have had two visits now at Playtime with our 6 year old and 3 year old. Each time we have gone everyone has been so nice. Even for a mom who questions everything! I have never felt like they think I'm crazy. They are flexible if I don't want to do something and work with me to find solutions that work for both of us. They don't bat an eye. I'm always worried because I am more homeopathic and natural and never know how I'll be treated. I highly recommend Playtime.

  ..the dentist is very nice and gentle with children..I do have a couple complaints though...my sons top front teeth were pulled close to 2 YEARS AGO....the adult teeth have still not grown in. With each visit we get told they'll grow in soon...my son is starting to feel self conscious about his mouth..I'm just tired of being told it'll be soon..usually by a dental assistant...are the parents allowed to see the dental X-ray's? I'm not a fan of sitting behind a window while my child is getting his teeth cleaned either..I dont understand why they do that. I like the old fashioned way where you get to sit and talk with your child's dentist about any questions or concerns during the appointment. Again, the dentist seems like a very nice guy who's very good with children. I was very impressed with how good he is with my son. URGENT UPDATE!!! MY CONCERNS WERE ADDRESSED PROMPTLY AND I GREATLY APPRECIATE IT! IT TURNS OUT I JUST WASN'T AWARE THAT YOU CAN REQUEST A PRIVATE ROOM AND ALSO I DIDN'T KNOW HOW LONG IT TAKES OR WHEN THE TOP TEETH GROW IN OR WHEN THEY USUALLY COME IN. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR PROMPT, RESPECTFUL, AND INFORMATIVE RESPONSE! FOR THAT I CHANGED MY REVIEW TO FIVE STARS! THANKS AGAIN AND HAVE A HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
